What you need:

¾ cup yogurt (Greek – Vanilla)

½ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup skim milk- could also sub for almond milk

½ cup oats

½ cup Stevia or Truvia

1 egg

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp. baking powder

1 pinch of salt

To Make:

Bake in an 8×8—simply combine all of the above and pour into pan that is sprayed with– PAM (for baking). Bake for 15 mins. Cut into 9 squares
